By purchasing from or using fitnessclientengine.shop (operated by Aashish Karia, "we"), you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
Our products are digital — courses, prompt libraries, templates and related material, delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on each product page and at checkout; payment is collected securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).
2. Delivery
Access details are delivered to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of successful payment. If anything hasn't arrived within 24 hours, email support@fitnessclientengine.shop with your order ID and we'll fix it.
3. Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material in your own coaching business. You may use the prompts, templates and systems with your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, share logins for, or repackage the material itself.
4. Refunds
Covered by our Refund Policy — including the "client-ready plan in 5 minutes" guarantee on The Coach Clone.
5. Results disclaimer
We teach business and workflow systems. Results depend on your effort, consistency, market and existing skills — we do not guarantee any specific income, client count or time saving. Examples on our pages are illustrative. See the full Disclaimer.
6. Professional responsibility (important for coaches)
Our products help you draft coaching material with AI. You remain the professional: every diet or training plan generated with these systems must be reviewed and approved by you before it reaches a client, and you are responsible for its safety and suitability. Our material is business education, not medical or dietetic advice.
7. Third-party tools
The courses reference third-party tools (e.g. AI assistants, storefront platforms). Those tools have their own terms and pricing, may change without notice, and some links to them may be affiliate links (see Disclaimer).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY — add before going live].
